Nashville Center for Reproductive Health

Nashville Center for Reproductive Health

Case Number: 24-0520-IV

Chancery Court of Davidson County, Tennessee

General Information

To Patients:

What is happening? As you may know, operations for The Nashville Center for Reproductive Health and affiliated businesses* ceased suddenly in April 2024. Since then, the government has appointed a Receiver to preserve and protect all genetic materials, assets, and records of the clinic. The Receiver is working with another healthcare provider to ensure that all embryos, eggs, and sperm samples are preserved and protected and to ensure continued service and maintenance until the genetic material can be transferred to your provider of choice. We understand that this has been a distressing process, and the Receiver is putting transition plans in place as efficiently as possible.

What can Patients do?

Medical Records: To obtain a copy of your medical records or to have your records sent to another healthcare provider, please email your request to CRH-records@crhnashville.com. Please provide with your full name, date of birth, contact information for the recipient of records, and details of what you are requesting. We are working to respond to all medical records requests as quickly as possible. You will need to sign a medical authorization / release that will be provided upon receipt of your email.

Embryos, Eggs, and Sperm Samples: All cryogenically-preserved genetic materials have been transferred to TFI and the audit of the materials and CRH patient records has been completed. TFI has sent letters to patients with these results and instruction for next steps for transferring their materials to providers. IF YOU ARE A FORMER CRH PATIENT WITH MATERIALS THAT WERE IN CRH’S CUSTODY, PLEASE CONTACT TFI AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Patients can contact TFI to submit requests for transfer of their genetic material by emailing jmiller@tnfertility.com or by calling 615-721-6250 with your full name, date of birth, and contact information for your preferred clinic/facility. These requests will be processed as quickly as possible in coordination with your chosen provider. You will need to sign a medical authorization / release that will be provided to you.

To Former Employees, Creditors, and other Stakeholders:

The Receiver is currently focused on initiating a quick and safe transfer of patient records and genetic materials to new providers. As such, requests for updates related to pending claims and operational inquiries will be addressed after the patient transfer is complete. If you are not a patient, you may submit any questions or requests via email to CRH@Resolutecommercial.com.
