Directors & Officers Settlement Distribution

The Receiver’s Motion for (1) Disbursement of the Director & Officer Settlement Proceeds Through a Modification of Distribution Plan and (2) Order Approving From and/or Manner of Notice Under Local Civil Rule 66-7 was approved by the Court on August 14, 2025. The Settlement with the Directors and Officers has now been completed and the $4,571,867.26 that is allocable to non-party DLIF Investors with a claim has now been received. On September 9, 2025, the Receiver mailed the distribution checks to non-party DLIF Investors with a claim.
