EisnerAmper and Duff & Phelps Settlement Distribution: The Receiver’s Motion for (1) Disbursement of the EisnerAmper and Duff & Phelps Settlement Proceeds Through a Modification of Distribution Plan and (2) Order Approving From and/or Manner of Notice Under Local Civil Rule 66-7 was approved by the Court in November 2024. The settlement agreements with EisnerAmper and Duff & Phelps have now been completed and the $4,001,722 that is allocable to non-party DLIF Investors with a claim has now been received. In early January 2025, the Receiver mailed the distribution checks to non-party DLIF Investors with a claim.
