The Receiver is working to evaluate and execute a strategy to maximize assets for investors, creditors, employees and interested parties.  The timetable will be dependent upon the time required for maximum recovery.  Reporting and distributions to investors have been suspended until a determination of asset value can be made.  

A claims bar date will be set for parties to file a claim for any amounts they believe they are owed.  The Receiver will evaluate all claims and will make distributions based on a determination of such claims.  Information on how to file a claim and the deadline to file claims is forthcoming.
