On January 14, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), REVA Medical, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's bankruptcy case was assigned case no. 20-10072 before the Honorable John T. Dorsey in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
