On January 22, 2019 (the "Petition Date"), Perfect Brow Art, Inc. and seven affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 19-01811 and are pending before the Honorable Donald R. Cassling in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
