On August 30, 2019 (the "Petition Date"), The News-Gazette, Inc. and D.W.S., Inc. (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 19-11901 and are pending before the Honorable Karen B. Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
