On December 16, 2019 (the "Petition Date"), Clover Technologies Group, LLC, and six (6) affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 19-12680 before the Honorable Judge Karen B. Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”).

On December 13, 2019, the Debtors launched solicitation of their prepackaged plan of reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (as amended from time to time, the “Plan”). The voting deadline for the Plan was January 15, 2020 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Standard Time).

On January 22, 2020 the Court confirmed the Plan, and on February 3, 2020 the Debtors emerged from Chapter 11.
