Holders of claims in Class 3 and Class 4 are entitled to vote on the Debtor's Plan of Reorganization. A Ballot is being sent to eligible voters if our records indicate that, as of August 28, 2019 (the “Voting Record Date”), the claimant is a Holder of a Claim in Class 3 or Class 4 under the Plan (a “General Unsecured Claim”). Please follow the instructions on page 4 of the Ballot regarding delivery of Ballots to the Voting Agent. No Ballots will be accepted by the Voting Agent by any other method of delivery other than those described on page 4 of the Ballot.
You should review the Plan before you vote. You may wish to seek legal advice concerning the Plan and your classification and treatment under the Plan. If the Plan is confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court it will be binding on you whether or not you vote.
