On April 1, 2019, Bradley D. Sharp of Development Specialists, Inc. was appointed to serve as the Permanent Receiver for the estate of Direct Lending Investments, LLC, Direct Lending Income Fund, L.P., Direct Lending Income Feeder Fund, Ltd., DLI Capital, Inc., DLI Lending Agent, LLC and DLI Assets Bravo LLC (collectively “DLI”) by the United States District Court in the Central District of California. The Receiver has taken custody of all assets and records and is working to evaluate and maximize assets for investors, creditors, employees and parties who have an interest in DLI.
