Customer Claim Filing Process

Step 1:
Review the legal notices below regarding the claim filing process.

NOTICE OF DEADLINE TO FILE PROOFS OF CLAIM

ORDER EXTENDING BAR DATES

Step 2:
Review your claim as listed in Celsius' Schedules of Assets and Liabilities (the "Schedules").

Enter your Celsius account email address below to receive your scheduled claim information via email.

Step 3:

If your scheduled claim information is correct, you do not need to file a claim and no further action is required with respect to your claim for the return of your cryptocurrency set forth on the Debtors’ Schedules.  Please note that if you believe that you have a Claim or Claims against one or more Debtors separate and apart from the return of your cryptocurrency set forth on the Debtors’ Schedules, you are required to submit such Claim or Claims by the applicable Bar Date.

Note regarding potential discrepancy between Celsius’ filed Schedules, and customer reward balances: Certain Celsius account holders may have been eligible for additional rewards for the period of July 8, 2002 to July 13, 2022, which are reflected in the Schedules of Assets and Liabilities, but are not currently reflected in the account balance listed in the Celsius app. Affected accounts are currently being updated and will soon reflect the updated balance.

Step 4:
If your scheduled claim information is incorrect or incomplete or if you believe that you have a Claim or Claims against one or more Debtors separate and apart from the return of your cryptocurrency set forth on the Debtors’ Schedules, you must file a proof of claim.

To start the claim filing process electronically, please enter your Celsius account email address in Step 2 to proceed.

Customers will not need to submit a Proof of Claim in these chapter 11 cases if their claim is listed on the Schedules filed by the Celsius, provided that (i) the claim is not scheduled as “disputed,” “contingent,” or “unliquidated”; (ii) the claimant does not disagree with the amount, nature, and priority of the claim as set forth in the Schedules; and (iii) the claimant does not dispute that the claim is an obligation only of the specific Debtor against which the claim is listed in the Schedules. Any Claim filed based on cryptocurrency(ies) held in an account on the Debtors' platform must clearly state (i) each type of cryptocurrency held and (ii) the number of unites of each cryptocurrency held.
